Each buddy bean is a microwavable plush designed to deliver up to 30 minutes of soothing warmth and gentle pressure after just 60 seconds in the microwave. Filled with natural, unscented tourmaline beads, they’re ideal for easing period cramps, relieving stress, or adding a little extra coziness on chilly nights.

Crafted from soft teddy or sherpa fleece, buddy beans are built for comfort and durability. Every plush features a removable, washable cover to keep them fresh and huggable, plus a cotton bag for safe storage.

How to Use

Do not microwave your buddy bean any longer than 60 seconds for each use and only reheat it from room temperature.
Place your buddy bean in a microwave. Depending on your preference and the wattage, microwave it for 30 - 60 seconds.
30 seconds for 800 - 1000W
60 seconds for 500 - 750W
Place it on the affected area for as long as needed or until it returns to room temperature.

Care Instructions

For optimal care, remove the internal filling pouch when cleaning the exterior. For the exterior, spot clean and hand wash only, then air dry.

Shipping & Returns

Processing an order will take 1 - 3 business days aside from holidays which may take an additional 1 - 2 days. US domestic shipping will take 2 - 4 business days and international shipping will take an estimated 7 - 10 business days. Holidays may affect shipping schedules.

All refund and return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery. We will provide a premade label and the cost of the return shipment will be deducted from the refund upon receipt of the item. Please reach out to hello@buddybeans.co to start a refund or return request.
