How To Use
- Do not microwave your buddy bean any longer than 60 seconds for each use and only reheat it from room temperature.
- Place your buddy bean in a microwave. Depending on your preference and the wattage, microwave it for 30 - 60 seconds.
- 30 seconds for 800 - 1000W
- 60 seconds for 500 - 750W
- Place it on the affected area for as long as needed or until it returns to room temperature.
Care Instructions
For optimal care, remove the internal filling pouch when cleaning the exterior. For the exterior, spot clean and hand wash only, then air dry.
Processing & Shipping Times
Processing an order will take 1 - 3 business days aside from holidays which may take an additional 1 - 2 days. US domestic shipping will take 2 - 4 business days and international shipping will take an estimated 7 - 10 business days.
Order Confirmations
You will receive an order confirmation email or text message within 24 hours of placing your order and a follow-up message with tracking information when your order ships. If you don’t see either of these, please check your spam inbox and/or reach out to hello@buddybeans.co
Preorders
Preorders can be placed for sold-out products and new buddy bean designs. Our estimated timeline for preorders average from 60 - 90 days, but we will provide monthly email updates on the status of your preorder until it arrives at your door!
Returns
All refund and return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery. We will provide a premade label and the cost of the return shipment will be deducted from the refund upon receipt of the item. Please reach out to hello@buddybeans.co to start a refund or return request.
